1. What BingeBop is
BingeBop is media-player software for Android TV and compatible devices ("the App"). The App lets you connect and play media from sources you provide or already subscribe to — for example M3U/M3U8 or Xtream playlists, network tuners, or your own video files.
BingeBop does not provide, host, sell, supply, curate, or control any television channels, films, streams, playlists, or subscriptions, and is not affiliated with any content provider. The App is a neutral playback tool, comparable to a web browser or a media player. All content you access through it comes from third-party sources that you choose and configure.
2. Acceptance
By installing or using the App, or by creating a BingeBop account, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least 18) to purchase a subscription.
3. Accounts
Core, single-device playback does not require an account. A BingeBop account is needed only to purchase and manage a Pro subscription and to link multiple devices into a household.
- We use passwordless sign-in: you enter your email address and we send a one-time sign-in link. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can read your inbox can sign in.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the devices you link to it.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Pro subscription & billing
- What Pro is. Pro unlocks additional features (such as multi-device household sync, LAN stream sharing, multi-view, recording and downloads). The specific features included are described on our website and may evolve.
- Term & renewal. Pro is offered as an auto-renewing annual subscription unless stated otherwise at checkout. It renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Payment. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. You authorise us and our provider to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription and applicable taxes.
- Cancellation & refunds. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy for how cancellation, renewals, and refunds work, including statutory withdrawal rights.
- Keep what you paid for. If your subscription lapses, you retain the right to keep using the version of the Pro software that was current during your paid period, subject to these Terms. A lapsed subscription stops new updates and online household services; it does not retroactively revoke the release you already paid for.
5. Acceptable use & your content
You are solely responsible for the sources you configure and the content you access, and for ensuring you have the right to do so. You agree not to use the App to:
- access, stream, or distribute content you are not legally entitled to access, or that infringes any third party's copyright or other rights;
- break any applicable law or the terms of your content providers;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App or a Pro subscription;
- circumvent, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the App's licensing, security, or device-binding mechanisms, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
- interfere with or disrupt the App, our servers, or other users.
We do not monitor, and are not responsible for, the content you choose to play. Nothing in the App should be taken as authorisation to access any particular content.
6. Devices & household licensing
A Pro subscription covers a single household and a defined maximum number of linked devices, shown at checkout and in your dashboard. The App uses cryptographic device-binding to enforce this limit and to prevent account sharing or resale. You may swap a device for another, subject to reasonable anti-abuse limits.
7. Intellectual property
The App and all related software, trademarks, and materials are owned by BingeBop or its licensors and are licensed, not sold, to you. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, source, or stream, or that any particular content will be playable. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BingeBop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or content, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Termination
You may stop using the App and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. On termination, the licence granted to you ends, except for any perpetual-version rights described in Section 4.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in the App). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BingeBop is established [jurisdiction to be confirmed before launch], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
