Get help
Email [email protected] with:
- your device (e.g. Fire TV Stick, NVIDIA Shield, Google TV) and the App version;
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead;
- if it's about playback, the kind of source (Xtream, M3U, HDHomeRun…) — never send us passwords or full credentials.
We aim to reply within a few business days. During the beta, response times may vary as we prioritise fixes.
Join the beta
BingeBop is in private beta on Android TV. If you'd like an invite, email [email protected] and tell us which device(s) you'd test on. Beta builds are sideloaded (installed directly), not from an app store, and may change quickly. Your feedback genuinely shapes the product.
