Refunds & Cancellation
We want BingeBop Pro to be easy to start and just as easy to stop. This page explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work. It complements our Terms of Service.
On this page
1. How billing works
- BingeBop Pro is an auto-renewing annual subscription, charged at the start of each subscription period at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.
- Payment is taken by our third-party payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel.
- We'll show your renewal date in your account dashboard.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard — it takes one click and no email or phone call. When you cancel:
- You won't be charged again.
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- After that, the App continues to work as the free version — and you keep the right to use the paid version that was current during your subscription, as described in our Terms (Section 4).
3. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services for any reason. Because Pro is a digital service that may begin immediately, we will ask for your consent to start it right away and your acknowledgement that this may affect your withdrawal right for the portion already supplied. Where the right applies, we will refund you in line with applicable law. [Exact wording and the EU model withdrawal form to be confirmed with counsel before launch.]
4. Other refunds
Outside the statutory withdrawal window, annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable for the remainder of a paid period after you cancel (you keep access until it ends). That said, we deal with people fairly: if something went genuinely wrong — for example you were charged in error, or a serious defect prevented you from using Pro — contact us and we'll make it right. Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything on this page.
5. Failed or late payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and will let you know. If we can't collect payment, your Pro features may pause until payment succeeds; your account and free playback are unaffected.
6. Price changes
If we change the subscription price, we'll give you advance notice before it applies to your renewal, so you can decide whether to continue. Continuing past the effective date means you accept the new price.
7. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email, with your approximate purchase date and the reason. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or card provider.
